Enzianhütte / Rifugio Genziana

The Ristorante Genziana in the Valle San Silvestro valley (approx. 2 km after Valle San Silvestro village) can easily be reached by car. The restaurant, which has been family-run for 100 years, offers delicious Tyrolean cuisine. Specialities at the Ristorante Genziana include game, “Strauben” funnel cake and home-made schnapps. Next to the hut there is a small children’s zoo with ducks, chickens and peacocks. Walking time from the centre of Dobbiaco on walking path No. 1 (Katzensteig) to the Ristorante Genziana is approx. 1 hour.
