Valley entrance Braies – road junction to Prato Piazza – continue until Ponticello. From Ponticello until Prato Piazza there is a traffic regulation (drive up is possible until 10.00 am and after 16 pm) – max. 100 cars. Bus service available.

Public transport
In the summer months you can use the bus line 443 (Welsberg/Monguelfo-Plätzwiese High Plateau)
In the winter months you can use the shuttle bus from Brückele/Ponticello every 30 minutes.
Route description
You walk from the parking space Plätzwiese High Plateau to the Dürrensteinhütte Hut on the way sign post no. 37. The walking time ist 1 hour.

At the Plätzwiese High Plateau you can find a parking space for 100 cars.
